read the license agreement carefully, software downloaded from otn is not supported.

"No Technical Support
Our technical support organization will not provide technical support, phone support, or updates to you for the programs licensed under this agreement."

You *officially* need to order the CDs to have the supported software. They tried that line with me once - wasnt impressed
