We applied it lastweek going from 9.2.0.4 to 9.2.0.7 (RHEL3) and ran into one problem.
the readme was ok, but when we got to the step 7.?:

cd $ORACLE_HOME/oui/bin
./runInstaller -updateNodeList -noClusterEnabled -local ORACLE_HOME= $ORACLE_HOME CLUSTER_NODES=rac-db1,rac-db2

the GUI didn't show up to click exit as stated in the doc. All we saw was the following output:

"No pre-requisite checks found in oraparam.ini, no system pre- requisite checks will be executed."

No success or error and the install logs didn't show any errors.

we could run the installer without parameters and it launched.

We contacted oracle and they said it was a known bug and that we needed to apply 9.2.0.6 for the cluster manager and then 9.2.0.7 for the binaries and db.
we did and the result was the same. We finally gave up on support and ran the installer without any parameters and upgraded it interactively. both nodes showed as 9.2.0.7 and the cluster manager showed 9.2.0.6 (support said the cluster manager didn't change between those versions).

It wasn't the cleanest thing, but it worked. I was going to email the list and ask if anyone has run into this before.
