Hi

It is not a RAC database.

I wonder if 10.2 will try to overwrite 10.1 init scripts in /etc/init.d (this is red hat).

I think the step would be

1. stop the cssd with root
2. install 10.2 software
3. verify if init.d scripts are upgraded

Correct?
