        Yes, had forgotten about that.

        But 100% MS Windows shops can have their quirks. To judge, one must really know a little bit about their environment and personnel.

        For example, if one has a SysAdmin which is doing MS Windows because he needs to pay bills, but would much rather be doing POSIX, things start to look different. Also if the shop is still stuck with pre-MS AD networks, or if they are cringing on the cost of a MS environment (specially important in the 3rd world).

        So I'd agree, if the shop is committed to MS Windows, ceteris paribus, they can continue with it.
