Though in 10.2 you have put them on different port numbers (prior to
10.2 they could listen on the same port so long as they had different
vips).

It's perfectly possible to run two listeners simultaniously from
different ORACLE_HOMEs as long as you don't try to contact the same
database(s) from each.
