Grant command questions

Hi,

We have a schema named User1 that owns all the objects of the application. Now we need to create 3-4 dynamic schema's User2-User5 that will have about 10 tables each and we want to give full access on these tables to User1.

Is there any way that when we create User2 that we can give complete access on all its objects (not yet created) to User1? (we can't give DBA role to User1)
