Only 15 of 1600+ tablespaces are DMT including SYSTEM.

Are the tablespace locally managed? If so, wouldn't the read from dba_data_files have to read from the datafile itself? I seem to remember this from an experiment I did once. Locally managed tablespace on a mount,
take the mount away. read from dba_data_files didn't work. Switch to dictionary managed and the repeat test and the select ran.
