[oracle-rdbms] 10g r2 grid control install

The install has been failing during the OMS Configure step. Objects get created but install fails. Oracle had me drop the objects and run the following but it didn't do anything. Does anybody have some other ideas on what to try.  

 [oracle_at_RHGC bin]$ ./runConfig.sh
ORACLE_HOME=/home/oracle/OracleHomes/oms10g ACTION=Configure MODE=Perform
COMPONENT_XML={oracle.sysman.top.oms.10_2_0_1_0.xml}

Perform - mode is starting for action: Configure

Perform - mode finished for action: Configure

You can see the log file:
/home/oracle/OracleHomes/oms10g/cfgtoollogs/oui/configActions2006-03-22_02-00-13 -PM.log
[oracle_at_RHGC bin]$

[oracle_at_RHGC oui]$ cat configActions2006-03-22_02-00-13-PM.log
