An application trying to log into the database is getting the errors below. Any ideas on what could be causing this? There isn't a specific ORA- error number for me to look up?

ERROR Io exception: Connection reset by peer: socket write error java.sql.SQLException: Io exception: Connection reset by peer: socket write error
