What is the reasoning behind the new notifications in 10g that require setting this undocumented parameter to keep from filling up the alert log?

Memory Notification: Library Cache Object loaded into SGA Heap size 2251K exceeds notification threshold (2048K)

Am I to be concerned at some point?
