Hi Mark,

You're absolutely right - thanks. The date on the "Extending Enterprise Manager" document for 10gR2 is February 2006 so I guess it's only appeared in the last few days - it's been a couple of weeks since I last looked at this.

Still no mention of T_WORK but taking a guess (sorry - should have done so before posting) that this is "Temporary Work area" and setting it to /tmp seems to have worked. A directory is indeed created in /tmp when I run it and all seems to be well now.
