The VERY BEST place I've found for these kinds of questions is on the HTML-DB Forums on Technet.

Sergio Leunissen (the product manager) and Scott Spadefore (one of the key developers) are on there all the time and are VERY good about answering advanced questions.

Just my 2 cents.

Subject: HTMLDB & PHP

I discovered that it isn't possible to create a static HTML region and populate it with a PHP script. It will not execute. There is no way to enter free-form HTML text into HTMLDB. Not even wrapping it in a PL/SQL script helps. By the way, HTMLDB already comes with PHP4 module. Does anybody have an idea how to execute a php script in a context of HTMLDB?
