Hi Johan,
looks to me like your listener is redirecting you to rac1 using a hostname for rac1 that your pc can't resolve. Make sure the hostnames used in the cluster can be resolved one way or another (DNS, hosts-file, .. ) on your pc. You can try to find out where you're redirected to using a network sniffer.
