32 bit oracle standby running on 64 bit linux

Hello,

Currently we have 32 bit linux and 32 bit Oracle 9i.

My idea is to move to 64 bit in the following way:

Do you guys know if I can have a standby of a 32 bit Oracle database on a 64 bit server running 32 bit software ?
