Urgent - IMP-0008 , IMP-0051 errors during import

Hi all,

Version: 8.1.7.4.1
OS: Windows 2000 server

I had taken an export with the following parameters:

Direct=y
Recordlength=65535

I am trying to import these files on a different server as follows:

The files remain where they are. They are accessed as mapped network drive.
'imp' utility runs on the new server and reads the files from mapped drive.
'imp' inserts data into another database (8.1.4.7.1, Win2k Professional).

While doing this import I am getting the error:

IMP-00046: using FILESIZE value from export file of 4294967295 IMP-00051: Direct path exported dump file contains illegal column length

Followed by multiple

IMP-00008: unrecognized statement in the export file:

Errors.

Had a look in Metalink, which confirms that this error is related to direct path export and suggests the use of RECORDLENGTH=64000 for export. But couldn't find any specific solution to this.

My problem is that I must somehow import from this export.

Any help in this regards will be greatly appreciated.
