Oracle/PeopleSoft HR add-ons

OK, this isn't exactly an Oracle question, but related. Currently we're using PeopleSoft, now Oracle, HR applications with an Oracle DB underneath. The question is are any of you using a third party application, Oracle compatible at the DB & Application level, that does personnel performance appraisals?
