bulk collect paper reviews

Hi,

Developers in my company tend to use cursors and loops to fetch data and process them in plsql. Either they are not aware of the bulk collect feature or they do not prefer it i do not know why.

I have advised to modify some programs to use bulk collects to decrease the number of logical reads and we had huge performance improvements. Also they tend to fetch rows from cursors and process them, instead of using a simple select statement to do the same job. I am trying to change this coding behaviour also, but that's another story.

I have prepared a small document that explains the bulk collect feature simply. If anyone is interested in the subject and also have time, i would be pleased if you can review it and share your opinions and corrections with me. Before i send it to the developers i would like it to be reviewed.
