Hi George,

Why not to create a mundial Oracle Administration organization, to control and register bad advisors and bad practices.

In this moment all is informal, in Oracle, you have Tom Kyte, if there is a problem, anyone can go to Tom Kyte ask and solve the problem.

If in this moment i create a site and say to optimize your table you have to drop and recreate a table daily. In some lists several will say this is a bad practice. But this is not going to be changed. There is no a "official" institution to regulate that.

Something like baarf, but this will be a place where a person can stabelish a complaint, this will be solved a register.

And as a mundial agrupation, only having certified ocp, and/or with x years of experience, this could have the power to control this kind of situations, something like say "hey or you put out this bad advice, or you explain why is good, or you are going to be published on "oracle munidla organization site" as a bad advisor; and will lose the register in our organization.

The pr oblem will be who administer and pay it. Maybe this could be too a membership site, where dbas could publish his curriculums too.

I don't know, an idea is an idea :)
