Folks

Following Questionnaire for the management for creating/Grooming/mentoring a team of DBAs for your perusal & review:-

  1. What level of Competence is expected in Oracle?
    • Performance Tuning - Basic Level, Intermediate or Advanced?
  2. Will Existing Employees with DBA exposure be assigned to this Role or Freshers/new laterals?
  3. Will the respective team be assigned exclusively to DBA skill acquisition & related responsibilities during the build-up period or will they share other unrelated responsibilities too?
  4. What is the expected Time-frame for this Competence build-up?
  5. Can External Trainers from Oracle Corp/Other external Experts be invited to take specific Lectures? Have we Budgets for the same?
  6. What is the Road-map of the coming BIG Database / Application performance Benchmarks?
