OT: win32: Exploit already available for Windows vulnerability (MS DTC)

The lead headline off of Computerworld is:

"Exploit already available for Windows vulnerability" http://www.computerworld.com/securitytopics/security/holes/story/0,10801,105389,00.html

If the serivce is not required, stop it and disable it:

C:\> net stop "Distributed Transaction Coordinator"

I don't have this service running on win32 oracle servers.
