ora-29558 JAccelerator not installed

HI,
curiously if you install oracle 10gr2, you will g et this error (I'm using oracle genreated scripts)
It seems not to be an error, only a information message, I searched and I didn't found

The best I found about it is

This seems to be, only an accelerator, does any one tested it? Thank you
