We gotts be a little careful with this ... we recently had a well known company (company name doesn't have anything to do with oracle), for training our developers. One in peculier remarked to me after the training that "I didn't learn anything new, I already knew all these things for few years". Least to say I was amused, but this is the same guy whose idea to fix a performance issue to re-roll out a whole schema.

So, Cary and Jonathan might be tough for newbies to digest, especially to those newbies who already know everything. Raj
