What it does is to stop seinding the next requirement,

If you are executing severla command, first end the command currenctly running, and before runing the next it stops. or when you are importing, stops before starting the next "import step" IMP.EXE.

if you send for example a delete statistics you can't stop it in anyway using this trick.
