Hi All,

On an active OLTP system, two statspack report were produced for two 5 min intervals.
Two intervals are 4 minutes apart, transactions are constantly happening (this is in test lab).

The first one shows:
session pga memory 177,518,608 636,267.4 278,242.3

session pga memory max 177,877,944 637,555.4 278,805.6
session uga memory 1,898,232 6,803.7 2,975.3
session uga memory max 103,046,064 369,340.7 161,514.2

The second one shows:

session pga memory 92,292,928 312,857.4 131,847.0 session pga memory max 92,021,192 311,936.2 131,458.9 session uga memory 437,040 1,481.5 624.3 session uga memory max 14,085,120 47,746.2 20,121.6

What could have caused it to shrink? During the time interval which the second
report represents, we are seeing CPU usage increasing siginificantly per dedicated
server process.

Any comments are welcome.

Richard
