Why don't you contact your friendly neighborhood oracle representative? Also there is a thing called "Concepts Manual"

which can help you to formulate a backup strategy. Cooperation is good, but copying other people's solutions is not

cooperation.

Subject: Nedd advice on backup Strategy

Hello All,

Can anyone suggest a simple backup strategy to backup and restore our development 10g database? Cloning? Replication?

Thanks,
Madhavi
