My understanding is that all the built-in replication methods rely on a database link.
The one method I can think of is as follows:

  1. Export the tables you need to file(s).
  2. Burn the files to a CD-ROM.
  3. Place the CD-ROM in the brown paper sack you carry your lunch in.
  4. Put on your most innocent face and stroll calmly and confidently past the secruity guards.
  5. Import those files into database "C".
