Onkar, gethrtime is a call to OS to get high resolution timer from HP-UX. Your issue was resolved by my friend, Miss Google. Here is what she has to say:

The search string was "gethrtime HP-UX 11.11 Oracle". There is actually a patch to HP-UX, patching libc, that solves your problem. If you are nice, Miss Google can be your friend as well. She's cheap and easy and has a lot of friends.
