I have created sample database in 10g R2 and I see
prior_resetlogs_time is before CREATED.
Is it because the sample database is created using clone db.
SQL> select created,prior_resetlogs_time from v$database;
CREATED PRIOR_RES
--------- ---------
13-SEP-05 30-AUG-05
