you are actually looking for ASM feedback, not ASSM the question should be much more detailed than that. How about:

-> Production.

	Rac Y/N
	How Many Instances. If no, now many 
      non-RAC databases in ASM?

-> Storage
	DAS,SAN or NAS

-> Storage size in TB

-> Database Platform.

        HP-UX,Solaris,AIX,Windows,Linux
