LeMenu - Oracle Tool?

Hello all,

Anyone heard about a tool from Oracle called "LeMenu"... this has something to do with collecting Oracle license information... Please let me know if you have come across this tool... A google search and Metalink search did not return any relevant information. Is this an internal tool not available to the "general public"?
