Oracle 8 to 9i/10g data sync?
Using this http://www.highvolumereplicator.com/ to get data from an ingres production database to an oracle 9 datawarehouse. Oracle 8 to 9 would be easy. It has a steep learning curve to get it working, but when it's implemented it works like a breeze.
