To start with - a discussion of the scars you would have if you had worked on such a system. The gotchas etc.

Job - a possibility but it is not in the States. Interested? The role would be both a developer and DBA role.

Actually there is already a 'feature' out side the database that does this. This information needs to be persistent and needs to be written back to the central repository (DB).
