      &n= bsp;     Have a client who’s having an intermittent problem while inserting file_blobs into the database= .

The insert appears to be taking no tim= e at all, but they’re complaining about 7 second (or more) response time to app server.

 

Asked them to put in JDBC trace but th= ey say they’re too busy to restart app.
