Ron,

It sounds like an archivelog that = it is expecting to find is not there.

Try doing a Change archivelog all crosscheck;  or now Change archivelog all = validate;

Then re-run the RMAN backup

 

I think you are cross checking the backup = only

I am getting the following message after an RMAN backup.  No Oracle = or RMAN error code is returned.

I am doing a crosscheck backup and a crosscheck copy. =

Did I miss something?
