DBMS_METADATA in 10.2

DBMS_METADATA in 10.2 returns interesting results in alert log. Metalink, of course, doesn't even list 10.2 among the versions with patches, which probably means that 10.2 is bug-free. I cannot open a TAR as the company that I work for doesn't have any 10.2 databases and I doubt that my boss would be thrilled by my opening a TAR for my home database. How do I tell oracle that they have a problem with 10.2?
