One more basic Qs

Can the refresh process be RE-Started, if the refresh process gets STOPPED due to any reason e.g. Manually Stopping of refresh OR DB Shutdown of production(source) for COLD Backup or Link failure between source & target machines?

NOTE - The respective production DB is shutdown very briefly once daily, to allow the O.S. Business Copy tool to complete the sync of production database with its backup copy.
