        If possible you might consider (Real)VNC, then you only need 5901 (or 5801 for JavaWeb), bounce the X up through it. I use VNC to do Oracle installs all the time, as you can get clients/servers for all sorts of OS's.

Alternatively, you can use ssh & ssh-tunneling to get the X-stream back to your PC. One plus using ssh is that the new Oracle password are not passed as clear text.
