Hi,

1. Streams setup changed somewhat in 10g from 9i R2. I think Sanjay's article was for 10g.
2. Good articles, and cook-book type instructions on setting up Streams can be found on Metalink. Start with the Streams Library Index Page Note# 248875.1
3. Visit Streams Forum on OTN at http://forums.oracle.com/forums/forum.jsp?forum=70
4. I have been playing with Streams in 9i R2 as well... :)
