No, oracle10gR2 is not out, but tora is not dead. For all Linux aficionados who remember venerable tora tool, it is not dead. Somebody is maintaining it for Linux on http://tora.sourcforge.net. That is extremely good news. Tha latest version is 3.1.18 and was updated on 6/29/2005. For those of you who do not know, tora is a toad-like tool for Linux. As a DBA, I even preferred it to the toad.
