Re: SQL*Loader-128: unable to begin a session : ORA-12705: invalid or unknown NLS parameter value specified

Please ensure it is pointing to correct $ORACLE_HOME and ORACLE_SID. Sometime it is hard coded in scripts nad pointing to old ORACLE_HOMES.
