ORA-01012: not logged on

Any command I give, gives the same error. I saw all the BP. All are running fine.

Any idea why this is happening?

SQL> select open_mode from v$database;
select open_mode from v$database
*

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01012: not logged on

SQL> desc v$database;
ERROR:
ORA-01034: ORACLE not available

SQL> select count(*) from v$session;
select count(*) from v$session
*

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01012: not logged on
