Well, I'd begin with 20 push-ups, then some crunches and few pull-ups.
In the next stage you put him on a treadmill and have him run 5 miles.
You can serve lunch after mandatory stretching. In the afternoon, he should start with riding a bike and then 1 hr. of swimming. That is just
a suggestion if you don't know what are you paying him for and why did you hire a consultant in the first place. You'll find yelling "drop down and give me 20" at a DBA consultant very enjoyable experience indeed.
