What OS is your Oracle DB on?
Can you get an ODBC driver for SQL Server for that OS. If you can and if HSODBC is available for that Oracle platform then that = is an option - it is free but it does have limitations.

We have a new requirement where an Oracle database application will need recurring data from a SqlServer database. By recurring data I mean that every day, there will be new data placed into a sqlserver database, and that this data will need to be available from the Oracle database.
