RE: need help on how to configure the 10g console to see a manually created database

 I may have missed the earlier posting but there is a grid version and a single db version of db console so has it been established that the grid version is in use? Or does only one manually created database exist?

Still no luck - same error. Surely there has to be a simple way to configure the monitoring tools around a manually created database. ;-)
