Could you please forward the bug number for this issue. We are running a mission critical 11i system on 9.2.0.4 (b4-bit). We are planning on upgrading to 9.2.0.6 in July primarily because we are going RAC and 9.2.0.6 addresses quite a few RAC issues. But I would like to study the bug for details.
