In 10g on RHEL3, I just patched up to 10.1.0.4 from 10.1.0.3 and it was suppose to correct this issue/trace file which always occurs on startup. Has anyone else run into this? It looks like Bug No: 4147463 which was suppose to have been resolved with the patch. I am not sure what else it could be.
