RE: Machine Name as 0.0.0.0 in V$session

The apps server is a separate machine. This is happening mostly when the app server is making some new connections. It seems the app server is disconnecting the oracle connection and then the oracle assigning the ip 0.0.0.0 before it releases the connection.
