ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [19004], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

Has anyone experienced this error running Enterprise Man= ager 10 Grid Control using the embedded 9.0.1.5 database( Why in the hell is thi= s version embedded :@) on redhat linux ES 3.0   

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [19004], [], = [], [], [], [], [],[]

  This happends when running some ugly sql query made by EM. Accordi= ng to Metalink this error might be becaust of DBMS_STATS may produ= ce incorrect histogram data which results in subsequence ORA-600 [19004] er= rors. (The histogram buckets are out of order). So the recommended workarou= nd is: Set NLS_SORT=3Dbinary in the session before collecting statistics. Any suggestions?
