I upgraded my test em10g server to RHEL 4 ES, no problems to report -- in fact I think it uses less memory now.

I didn't have to relink or anything.

No, I am relying on the others to test it first. I will not install anything not blessed by either Oracle or, more importantly, Werner Puschitz.
