Export very slow - fixed by analyzing SYS

Hi gurus,

Since I switched my OPTIMIZER_MODE from choose to first_row, my export process was very very slow ....

My export process was waiting on views like sys.exu9pdt ... I decided then to get statistics on SYS objects .

After that, my export flies, it so fast.

Since ever, we say that we should not analyze SYS or SYSTEM objects. .... What should I do ?
